產(chǎn)品特征：
1. ZZD-IIIR復(fù)合漿料，對親水性和疏水性纖維的粘附力均較高，廣泛應(yīng)用于各類紡織纖維的經(jīng)紗上漿。
2. 具有良好的浸透性、潤滑性、漿膜成形好，柔韌且具有較好的彈性。漿紗干分絞容易，毛羽貼伏好，漿紗落物量低，漿軸好軸率高，織造開口清晰，布機效率高。
3. 漿液流動性能好，低溫不凝膠，無結(jié)塊，上漿時不結(jié)漿皮，漿液耐煮、均一、穩(wěn)定、不會產(chǎn)生漿斑疵點。
4. 退漿容，COD和BOD比值低，生物降解性高，，有利于環(huán)保。
5. 因含有抗靜電劑，可減少織造過程中的靜電集聚，開口清晰，降低織造斷頭率。

調(diào)漿：
ZZD-IIIR復(fù)合漿料在常壓煮漿時，室溫冷水中浸泡攪拌10分鐘，然后加熱至95℃，常壓下燒煮60分鐘，或高壓下燒煮40分鐘，悶漿15分鐘即可使用。
適用范圍
ZZD-IIIR復(fù)合漿料在大多數(shù)純棉品種上，可一定量代替PVA和潤滑劑，消泡劑等；在含滌量高的織物上，上漿可取代30%-50%的PVA，適用于純棉、滌棉、滌粘等各種經(jīng)紗的上漿。
包裝、貯藏
